Christine Lopez, Fund Advisor
Christine Lopez is a commercial banking professional with a background in credit underwriting, relationship management, and specialty sector lending. She has worked in the banking industry since 2006 advising commercial clients across diverse industries. She currently serves as a Senior Relationship Manager within BMO’s Special Assets Management Unit where she manages complex credits supporting clients through nuanced financial situations. Her work focuses on evaluating credit risk, developing strategic lending approaches and guiding clients toward sustainable long-term outcomes.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Christine serves as Board Vice Chair of Facing Forward to End Homelessness. Christine is an elected official serving on the Local School Counsel with Chicago Public Schools. She also volunteers as an entrepreneur coach with Allies 4 Community Business’ Neighborhood Entrepreneurship Lab.
Christine has a BSBA in Finance and a BA in French Literature from Boston University in Boston, MA. While originally from New England, Christine has lived on Chicago’s northwest side 2008. She spends her free time with her husband and two children who keep her busy with sports and activities. Christine enjoys weightlifting, boating on Lake Michigan in the summer and skiing in the winter.
