Jessica Dargiel, CAPM is a strategic operations and data leader with over a decade of progressive experience in nonprofit administration, data governance, and organizational development. She currently serves as Director of Data and Operations at a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), where she oversees compliance, vendor management, analytics, and the development of a data warehouse — building the infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making and accountability at scale. Jessica has a strong track record of standing up governance frameworks, leading $20M+ grant portfolios, and designing systems that translate operational complexity into clear, actionable outcomes.
Jessica holds an MSW from the University of Chicago, an MA from King's College London, and a BS in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). An experienced consultant, Jessica brings genuine curiosity and a collaborative spirit to every engagement — whether she's architecting a data strategy, supporting capacity-building across a network of nonprofits, or helping a team think through a thorny logistics problem from first principles.
